It is the last week in October and it seems business has slowed down across the entire country. There is still demand for wedding varieties like Black Baccara, Sahara, Polar Star and other whites and creams. We have plenty of fall colors available for sell. We can create a nice fall mix of roses if anyone is interested.

Now that Eufloria is part of the "blogging community", it will give us an opportunity to pull the curtain back and show some of the "behind the scenes" looks at our operation. The first picture shows our wonderful ladies grading and bunching some freshly harvested roses. These roses have been cooling down in the harvest cooler for at least 4 hours before they are brought out for grading. They grade the roses according to stem size from 32" (80cm) to 18" (47cm). Once they have graded 25 stems of the same size the roses are put on a conveyor belt to be wrapped, as you can see to the right.
