The Eufloria Way

Last week we showed some pictures of the grading and bunching process. This week we will show a couple of more steps of the process. Once the graded bunch of roses is placed on the conveyor belt and sent down to the wrapping machine. Once the wrapper has been placed on the bunch the rose bunch, it is ready for a the label that has the variety name and size on it. Once the label is created for that bunch, it is then listed in the inventory and available for sale.

The roses are then put into proconas of water, containing Chrysal # 2 holding solution, and taken into the packing and shipping cooler where the roses will remain until they are sold. Once they are sold they are pulled, packed in either a procona or a box, and then strapped to ship to the buyer's location.
